1. INTRODUCTION

1.2. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
2.1. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product information, but we cannot guarantee that product descriptions, images, or prices are accurate or complete.
2.2. Products may vary slightly from their images, and we reserve the right to make changes to products without notice.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
3.1. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and are subject to change without notice.
3.2. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and PayPal.
3.3. Payment is due at the time of order, and we reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
4.1. We strive to ship products within the time period specified in each purchase.
4.2. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method.
4.3. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
5.1. In case of a damaged product please contact us (ldmv.finland@gmail.com) and we will resolve your case within 30 days.
5.2. Shipping Address. All orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer during the checkout process. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any orders returned (i.e. returned to sender) due to incorrect, incomplete address or failure to collect from a designated collection point (i.e. after a missed delivery attempt) will require new shipping to be purchased before orders will be reshipped.
5.3. Right of Withdrawal and Returns. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the items. A return can only be made if the ordered items are in new condition. In the case of the fan boxes that means that the tissue paper is undamaged and the box has not been opened. Individually purchased albums cannot be returned as they don’t have a plastic wrapping to prove that they have been unopened. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you have to contact us at ldmv.finland@gmail.com and state your full name as well as your order number. We will confirm your return and send you the shipping address. Please note that you will have to pay for the return shipping costs including tracking number yourself. Next, send your return back to us. To make sure that we receive the return and to avoid possible difficulties with customs, delivery problems, etc., please write us the tracking number to the email address given above.
Once your return has been delivered to our return address, it can take up to 10 working days for this to be fully processed although we do always aim to be faster than this. Please remember working days do not include weekends or public holidays (public holidays vary by location). We will carry out reimbursement using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction.
5.4. Exchanges. Please note that we do not exchange fan boxes or albums as these are limited edition items.

6.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any content without our prior written consent.
